Ready to Taste
and those tasted before them...

saving for 2003 homestead red
Pronounced undrinkable by a large drunken man, this is one of our best...

Not for the faint of heart, but a nice reserve wine. And there is a bunch in

crawl space.

This one is only getting better. Pretty thick on the tannins and still young, let it

breathe and it will befriend you.

Loved by all, all gone fast. Say La Vee.
From frozen grapes off season. We think a little more patience won't hurt, but this is getting good about now.
Best suited for cooking, this makes a mean paella, or use it in the water smoker

to add a spicy flair to your next turkey. If you want to DRINK it, try room

temperature, or warm it in your armpit..

The name says it all. This was distilled into a fine brandy by an accordion player, want some?
Austere, simple, attique.
The first real one. Drink one if you can.
Not so hot, maybe a little cherry flavor slipped in.
